A scheduler called immediately after my Angi's inquiry. Mark showed up within two hours, quickly diagnosed the problem with the washing machine, fixed it, tested it, and was on his way. Mark was extremely polite, courteous, professional. I will be calling Upper Appliance Repair for future needs.

Tech did an excellent and quick job. He explained why older (6+ years) home appliances may well be worth the cost to repair versus buying new appliances which now often have very short life spans due to early failure of small electrical parts that are not covered by extended warranties. Will gladly use them again.

The tech was very quick, thorough and knowledgeable. The price was more than I expected, but I believe it is not related to the service provider but the overall price hikes. The tech (Nadir) explained what costs why clearly.

Showed up on time, got to listen to our washer. Said the noise we heard was the springs that hold the drum. Thought he may replace the springs since they do stretch over time with heavy loads. While here, he offered to clean coils on our Samsung fridge to witch we agreed. Did an excellent job cleaning the coils on fridge.
