Microwave was fixed in less than to two weeks from diagnosis of problem to ordering and delivery of the correct parts which is a nightmare right now because of COVID to installation of these parts!!! They made it look easy.... Process was seamless Very smooth... They are the ultimate in appliance repair and professional service!!! They will be the ONLY company we use going forward!!! Very well. Dustin with TSA was great. Definitely saved us money and quickly diagnosed and fixed our dishwasher issue. Turns out it was caused by a full sink that wasn't draining--we have no air gap so dishwasher draining failed, no fault of the dishwasher. Even pulled a small plastic toy out of our sink's garbage disposal--he was called out for our dishwasher. We were lucky in that our fix didn't require a part but we were even luckier to call the right people to help.

Excellent diagnoses but repair too expensive and we decided to replace. Definitely we call next time.

Our microwave broken down and needed to be repaired asap. We called TSA and they quickly set us up with an appointment the very next morning!! Oscar was on time, professional, and explained the problem. No parts were needed and the service call fee covered the repair- that was a plus! Will definitely be using TSA for any future appliance repairs. This company is honest, reliable, affordable, and amazing.. Thanks a bunch!!

We just had our dishwasher repaired by TSA, an authorized Electrolux appliance repair company. I was extremely satisfied with the repair service. They were prompt, courteous, reasonable, professional and immediately identified and fixed the problem. Oscar, the repairman, was terrific. As a senior, it’s nice to feel you have a repair service you feel is honest, efficient, and reasonable.

R/R controller bd on oven - fix the problem

TSA was quick to call and schedule an appointment with me. Paid $75 the first day (for them coming out to give the estimate). I’m not sure I was told about that cost beforehand, but maybe I didn’t remember. The guys that came were friendly and professional. He needed to order a part which arrived in a few days. Scheduled the appointment for the repair 2 days later. The washer was fixed and has been working well ever since! Every person I spoke to from this company was kind and they were flexible with appointment times which was great!

We submitted our request for service on a Tuesday morning and were given an appointment on Wednesday morning. Oscar was very efficient and informative. We actually couldn't completely duplicate the issue while he was here, but he checked every possible source of the problem and settled on his original diagnosis. After waiting a couple of days for the part to arrive, he quickly installed the part and again did several diagnostic tests before leaving. He assured me that the part was warranted for 90 days and that I could either call the office or him direct should we have any problems. He didn't ask for payment and assured me that someone from the office would call to complete the transaction. Overall, we were very pleased with the entire process.
