+ 3 moreEverything was done above our expectations. We continue to have TriCord Construction for all our needs. I highly recommend them for any work you may need done.
Description of Work: Numerous projects completed by TriCord construction. Entire guest room destroyed from pipes burst during freeze, repaired from studs out. Carpet removed and replaced and hardwood installed. Also have had two showers remodeled, entire interior of home painted, new cooktop installed, new microwave installed, ceiling fans installed, outdoor railings built and various other projects.

The new tile and floor is beautiful and we are very pleased with the custom cabinets and wainscoting built by his carpenter. The painters were fantastic as well and did a thorough job.

The team shows up on time every single morning (and we have had multiple, long-term projects), always keeps us informed of any changes to the schedule, and what is needed for next steps. His entire crew, from floor installers, sheetrock specialists, painters, and carpenters are literal artists. If you can imagine it, they can make it happen. What I appreciate most is Daniel's willingness to provide suggestions and best options based on our needs and budget. His patience as we make selections, along with his ability to explain each option (pros and cons) is incredibly appreciated. I would not hesitate to hire TriCord for our next project, and recommend them to friends and family.
