I hired them for cockroach removal in a new unit. They did not help remove the vermin at all. At first, I was finding dead cockroaches, but then all variety of the vermin were crawling and flying very much alive throughout the unit - even a day after treatment! Specialists were fine but they would just show up at my place outside of the agreed-upon time frame, completely disrespectful of my prior commitments. Text messages are never returned, and I have to call several times to get someone on the phone, particularly in the morning. Very dissatisfied. Not recommended for cockroach removal.
