Laura set up our appointment and explained things thoroughly. She made the process seamless. Very pleasant. The tech called when he was 30 minutes away. When he got here he listened to everything I told him about our flea situation. He asked a couple of specific questions and explained exactly what he was going to do and that they would do a follow-up in 30 days to make sure that the fleas were definitely taken care of. Very professional. Would highly recommend them to anybody.

We have ongoing service with Stampede. Their techs have always done a great job, but initially, they did not allow for scheduling, and the tech would just show up. While that was aggravating, recently, they began to send a heads-up message, and now, they ask us when we want to schedule an upcoming service. That is Perfect!

This company quickly responded, make sure that they got to my house as soon as possible, and did the work thoroughly. They came back to spray a little place where we removed the outside boards on the house due to the infestation. I am a raving fan! I will use them for all my pests needs in the future.
