The technician came twice, the product they use was useless and no good. I still have plenty of mosquitos. I cancel the service and they still came to the house and spray without my permission. Now they want $145.00 because I signed the service agreement. I signed on a tablet not knowing that this was an service agreement. I thought it was the receipt when they came for the first time. Do yourself a favor. Do not use this company. its a waste of time and money. Bunch of crooks

I hired them for rat removal. Chad sounded knowledgeable on the phone and the fee seemed reasonable. They did not follow through on promises made. My spouse was the one at home when they came for inspection. They charged more than they quoted me on phone. They did not have a scanner for credit card, so paid by check. I feel they took advantage of situation and charged spouse more than phone quote. In hindsight I should have insisted on half up front and half on completion. They would have been more motivated. They were unwilling to come to home at convenient times after they were hired. Then didn't show, didn't call when running late to appointment. I had to miss to much work to accommodate them. I'm now interviewing new companies because I still have rats.
