They schedule visits without confirming the date/time will work. Even after a tech showed I wasn't home I was still billed for the service. It was never rectified and later received a letter threatening to send me to collections.

I hired them to remove squirrels from my attic. Unfortunately, the squirrels were too smart for the traps. I was pleased with Chad and his willingness to work with me on getting a full refund and they honored it. Nothing is ever 100% with pest control and I can say that they will honor their work and ensure customer satisfaction.

The company gave us instructions on how to prepare for the extermination, the person showed up on time, helped us so we could eliminate the bed bugs. He did the work thoroughly, and even advised us after he was finished.
