So far, so good. The service attendant was polite, on time, and good at explaining things. I was not charged for it but was put on an every three-month call which I did not ask for. This makes sense from a business point of view. I liked that they offer no charge callbacks before the next service. I had just moved into a new house and like their quick availability.
