My initial set-up with Stampede Pest Control went off without a hitch. I was given multiple numbers to contact and the opportunity to ask questions whenever possible. On the day of my appointment however, no one showed at that time. I was alarmed initially until half an hour had passed and I received no answers on the numbers given to me. When I did get in contact with someone I was told there was a 3 hour time frame the worker had to arrive (which i wasn't aware of before) which was fine with me i just wish someone had told me about this earlier. Upon arrival the worker was extremely kind, informative, and helpful. I couldn't ask for a better exterminator! He explained what he was going to do, how long it would take, and what we needed to do post treatment. Magnificent service from him, if the management had kept me in the loop about timing it would've been an awesome experience throughout.

On time and very quick...very nice..

They did a great job my only complaint is that they were 30 min later than they said they would be.

This is the MOST thorough and professional pest control service I have ever used! They do several forms of control and cover inside and out including spray, granules and even brush the eves!

When I talked to Daly about getting service, he was very polite and professional. Gave me a good quote. The young man who came today to perform service was very polite. He explained that we would probably see more pest because the pesticide would bring them out. Which is normal. Anyway, both of these gentlemen were polite and professional.

They came when expected and eliminated the pest. Plus, best of all, they had the best price!

Stampede Pest Control gave me a VERY reasonable contract $$ considering I need my 1700 sq ft home and 33,000 sq ft yard. They sent STEVE whom I recommend highly. He was very polite and professional. I even requested him to be assigned to my contract in the future. He did a VERY thorough job inside and out. Great customer service from salesperson Bailey to Steve even customer service person as well. Great Company!

I recommend this company 100% The owner of the company always had a spectacular communication and alway had time to answer my questions at any time and did good job in my house.
