They were hired to remove moles from my yard. They came outset 4 traps and left. They came back in 9 days. No traps were tripped. They came back after 6 days. No traps were tripped. The agent told my wife he caught one in the front of the house. We did not have a mole problem at the front of the house. He did not show us the mole nor did we ever see a trap. The traps had a bucket over them. After 20 days we have not heard from them. I called and asked how long should it be between visits. I was told 5 days or so. I told the manager to come to pick up the traps. They sent a new person each time. They each stated they did not know much about moles. Do not waste your time or money hiring this company. I found them very incompetent.

They advised the day, then gave a time window, and then called when on the way. Arrived actually a few minutes before the window. Tech was thorough and did both inside and out. Very happy.

Four Months Update: Do not use this company. They will lie and say they are servicing your home and never do. Very unprofessional and will also charge you $200 if you cancel based on their lack of service. They are complete liars.
