The basic service call fee for this company was only $35 compared to other plumbing companies in my area who wanted $130 just for coming out to look at our faucet problem, whether they did any repairs or not. The service technician was very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient, and we’re pleased with his work. The cost to replace our kitchen faucet and both the hot and cold water emergency valves was reasonable. Not cheap, but reasonable, especially compared to other plumbers I’ve used.
