We had a sewer backup, and after 6 hours of failed attempts to clear the blockage a young plumber from another company finally removed a small clump of tree roots and excitedly told us we would need an expensive mainline replacement. This was without visual confirmation because he did not have the proper equipment to show us the issue. Show Plumbing was my second opinion. Within 2 minutes of submitting my service request I had a call from Jason (the owner). We talked through the issues over the phone and had an appointment scheduled for that afternoon. Within 20 minutes of his arrival Jason was able to pinpoint the issue, show me via camera what the problem was, and explain why a full mainline replacement was necessary. Yes it was still a mainline replacement, but I could now see the issue and understand the details and why other options weren't feasible. Jason's professionalism, obvious experience, and calm explanations gave me the confidence to move forward with the replacement with Show Plumbing... The fact that his quote was less than the previous company certainly didn't hurt. But honestly that wasn't the deciding factor. Even my husband felt more confident with the route we were taking, as well as the methodology of the replacement, because of the obvious experience. The job was done quickly, without damage to our trees and shrubs with the excavation, and the landscaping was returned exactly to its previous state. The final price came in under the quote, due to a) shorter actual distance out to the city tie-in, and b) better price received on the excavation work done by the third party excavation contractor. We would never have known differently on either of these points and would have been happy to pay the original quote, so the passed on savings was a refreshing surprise. I would highly recommend Show Plumbing for their experience and professionalism.

He ordered the special part for the water heater once he realized it was still under warranty. The saved me an hour of time instead of having to call the company myself. He also installed a sink faucet and was done within an hour.

They made the time window as described. They came out to fix a leaky kitchen faucet. They quickly assessed what needed to be done. Gave me an estimate before doing the work. They were in and out of the house in less than an hour. I am planning to ask them to return to service my tankless water heater and install. I could not be more satisfied with the service provided.
