Ken use shoe covers entering my home. He answered all of my questions and made a few suggestions on water filters. He provided an estimate before the job, quickly did the valve replacement, cleaned up the work area, and departed a friend. My only complaint is that he did not have a magnetic sticker to place on my refrigerator to remind me later who it was that gave me such great service, but I did get his business card.
