The plumber was very honest, open and responsive. He reviewed our water system top to bottom and spent a good deal of time educating us on the system we had purchased as well as the pros and cons of other water treatment systems. He even directed us to an independent website (http://www.ewg.org/tapwater/) where we could learn more about the water in our area. The money spent on assessing our water softening and filtration systems was money well spent; especially considering his guidance and education. I highly recommend Show Plumbing.

The owner took my call after hours, did an initial assessment of my plumbing post a foundation work I had done and came back to finish evaluating my plumbing. They were punctual and did explain my issues. They also cleaned up after their repair.

Prompt response to an emergency, caused when the guys moving my refrigerator broke the water pipe in the wall. The chaps from Show Plumbing 'showed' up within the hour to repair said broken pipe and get us back on track with our house move.

Jason took the time to explain the differences in buying a water heater from the big box store, and getting one from a professional plumber. I have a high level of confidence that these heaters will perform better.

My family has used plumbers in the Houston area since the 1950s. However, I have a young family of my own now and am on a tighter budget than I was, say, five years ago. For this reason, I was reluctant to use the otherwise excellent plumbing company we usually use. I've used HomeAdvisor for one other project before, hear and see their ads all the time, and decided to go through them for the plumbing issue we had. After making my initial request through HomeAdvisor, Jason contacted me quickly, listened carefully, sounded like he knew his stuff, provided options, and didn't pressure me. I was impressed. Kenneth and his assistant came out to do the work and did a great job. They seem to be professional, no nonsense folks who really want to earn their customers' trust. I'm not usually the type who writes reviews, but thought that Show Plumbing really earned this one.

Kenneth was very professional, answered all my questions and kept me informed through the whole process. His worked was outstanding, he kept things clean, didn't make a mess. I was very impressed with him and Joe.

Show plumbing was the 3 quote we had received to install a water heater that we purchased from Home Depot. The first two companies came in, gave us a price of $1,000 or more to install the water heater. Don't forget we already had a new in the box $600 water heater sitting there ready to be installed. They also tried to get us to replace the pan, and tons of other things. Show plumbing came in and the guys gave us a price to install for around $500. This was a great price, and we were ready to get it done. They then told us about the water heater we purchased and that it has had problems and they've been fixing that brand for other customers. They gave us the info and we looked it up online and it was true that there was a lawsuit against the water heater manufacturer and it could explode and throw sparks and other issues. Show Plumbing has a brand on the truck and offered that brand and we would just return the other one back to Home Depot. We went with show plumbing brand and our install was about $1,000 total and included the new water heater. We are thankful that the guys were honest with us and they did an amazing job. The other two companies felt like snake oil salesmen. I will use show plumbing for everything in the future and you should too.

The technician work was great, but he took extremely too long yo actually do the work (cigarette breaks wasted a lot of time). Excessive talking added time to the job. Technician very knowledgeable and nice, but prefer a little more professional service. I think the cost was a bit too much for the job. Again, great work but technician a bit too slow on just bring about the business.

Outstanding company. The owner, who is also the responsible master, is deeply involved in the actual work and committed to the customer's best interest.

This was a relatively small job replacing the wax seal for a toilet. He arrived on time. Looked the job over and gave me 3 options with cost. I made my chose and the job was done. The plumber was good at communication. I will use them again if I have other plumbing problems.
