After calling three plumbers including "big name companies" and being told they would come, Show Plumbing finally did - on same day - and had our issues fixed promptly. The stopped a dripping kitchen faucet and replaced broken pieces in a shower faucet. He also gave sound advice on another issue saving us quite a bit of money. We will definitely call them should another issue arise and not mess with calling anyone else.

My normal plumber was out of town, and I had a drainage issue in the shower that couldn't wait . They came out quickly, but the pricing was extremely high. I know my normal plumber charges me too little, as we have been loyal to him for years and use him on several properties we own, but I was still shocked at the price they quoted for simple drainage issue. My plumber would have charged me 75 . They wanted to charge me 300. We negotiated down to 200, but it was still way more than I thought it should be . The guys were very nice and arrived quickly. Howerver, they said they were done, and started loading up. I went to the shower and started running water to verify, and it still wasn't draining properly...seems like they should have tested that and noticed this. I ran out and caught them and called them back in to look at it. They were nice about it, and quick to come back in and fix it. They also assured me they would have come back even if I had not caught them.

This company always keeps us informed of arrival times, work to be done & cost. They go above & beyond to make sure everything is perfect. They are very friendly & knowledgeable. They came to fix one problem but willingly fixed another for us while they were here.

Very professional from the first phone call on through the repair. Kept me informed regarding arrival, estimate, and quick and well done repair. Only downside was I had a problem right afterwards that could have been related. It ended up it wasn't but I did have an additional $35 trip charge to find that out.
