Showed up early in the 2 hour window. Completed project quickly. Guys were courteous and professional.

The technician was able to fix the clog right away.

Able to come out the next day, fixed my sing issue and while talking to them about a whole home filtration system we noticed a leak on my main line and they were able to get it repaired same day no questions asked. They were also about a third less expensive than other plumbers I had called.

I had to replace & reroute some underground drain pipes and rebuild a shower floor. The drains had gotten clogged with sand and led to a non-functional part of my septic system. To reach the pipes they had to break up the patio concrete and tunnel under the slab of the house. I've never seen such neat digging! Too bad it's all reburied, so I can't "show" the work to visitors. Expensive, but first-class work.

Installed tankless water heater on same day of estimate. Extremely professional and knowledgeable about the options and job.

They educate the customer, they ensure you understand what they are doing. They breakdown the prices. We had a 50 gallon tank replaced on a saturday, they came out at 10 AM and were able to get a tank, have it installed, with welding, etc, and working, the same day. what a huge difference it has made! I needed to replace my kitchen sink faucet fixture. I had already purchased the replacement, so just needed the labor. True to form, labor is always as much, if not more, than the fixture. So, expected that, but Show called immediately, and was persistent! All of them were, for the most part, but Show fit my schedule. I had a very tight window, and they worked with them to come out as a first visit on a day I was traveling. Job was done in an hour, have a 1-year warranty on the work, and the technician did not mind my nosy cat trying to interfere!

Very professional. Fit us in promptly despite a busy schedule. Kept us informed on when they would arrive. Did a nice job on faucet installation. Would definitely use again.

Janice the person who answers phone is professional, patient, and friendly. Rodney the plumber and his helper were informative, efficient, quiet, and cleaned up. Backed up drains are all flowing freely. 90 day warranty is great too!

Very prompt, professional, and great pricing

With plumbers, you only get two out of three: good, fast, and cheap. Show Plumbing is good and fast, not cheap. Very courteous and professional; clean and excellent customer service. They do give a warranty so that is obviously part of the cost. I will definitely use these guys again. If you do, just be aware that you are going to be paying a premium price. If cost is your main concern, shop elsewhere.

Outstanding service. Promptly came out, outlined options for our consideration and came as scheduled to do the work. Did the work in a professional manner. After the work was completed, Jason came to our home to inspect the work and to be sure we were satisfied with the work. Will be the plumber I call in the future.

Excellent quality, integrity

The heaters was just installed today, so I cannot comment on anything at this point other than customer service, communication, price and timeliness, which were all outstanding. Jason found a potentially hazardous situation when inspecting the heaters in my attic and fixed them on the spot (at no charge). He also found a roof leak, that we were unaware of, and recommended I get it repaired asap. Our original appt was in the middle of all the Harvey mayhem and, although it wasn't necessary at the time, was diligent in staying in touch and great about rescheduling, as his office flooded with all of his equipment. At this point, I would highly recommend him!
