My plumbing issue was one of those jobs that can easily snowball out of control because the house is almost a century old. Jason at Show Plumbing really worked hard to give me a couple options to minimize my costs. He took the time to explain them to me thoroughly. The route we took also just automatically balanced some pressures between a couple bathrooms so we can now take showers in both bathrooms simultaneously! Haven't been able to do that in all the 12 years we've lived in this house! Highly recommend Show. Very professional organization.

Show Plumbing was very professional and knowledgeable. The work was performed very satisfactorily and timely. Jason was very easy to work with and there were no issues.

Did a great job excavating and repairing a broken sewage line from the house. Arrived same day and clearly explained the problem, and repaired the pipe quickly. Good cleanup afterwards.

John was very pleasant and experienced. The work was done quick with no mess. I will recommend to my friends and if I need anything else done they will be the first company I call. :-)

I had a Sunday water line break. He offered to come out within the hour and fix the break. He was professional and polite during the repair.

------------EDIT 1/3/2018: Jason, the owner called me. The pricing issues were an honest mistake due to a technician that needed some additional training in Show's pricing policies. Show plumbing informed me they would refund the incorrect charges. The conversation assured me that Show Plumbing is a professional company that wants to do the best they can for their customers. Jason asked that I not delete my review, so that honest feedback would stay online, but I offered to update it with my opinions after our recent conversation. Based on my professional experience working with vendors and contractors, my impression of Show's professionalism after the fact and their response to my frustration, I would definitely give them another shot on future plumbing issues at my home. ----------Pros: --Administrator and technician were very friendly. Cons: --Technician didn't use efficient tools, so I let him borrow mine --Nickle and dimed me to death, over activities that took very little time --Misdiagnosed the issue Two days before Christmas, I contracted Show Plumbing to find and fix a leak in my kitchen island that contains dishwasher & sink. The technician arrived and informed me it would be $125 to trace the leak. After inspecting the dishwasher vent line in the attic, he told me that my roof inspector didn't inspect it correctly because they didn't spray water on the roof to see if it would leak. He then told me my roof was fine...without spraying water. To continue searching for the leak, he had to cut holes in my walls. He informed me that the first hole would be a certain amount (over $100). I agreed. When he started cutting with a handheld drywall saw, I offered and lent him my oscillating tool, making holes take about 15 seconds to cut instead of several minutes. When he didn't find anything on the first cut, he informed me that additional cuts would be $125 each. I pointed out he was using my tools to speed up his work, and he conceded a "cheaper" price of $75 per hole (they only took 15 seconds to cut, with my tool). After he cut three holes, he determined that the pipes were not leaking. I asked him to check the dishwasher, and he said that pulling the dishwasher would be another $100+ charge (I forget the exact amount). I said, "The dishwasher is held in with two screws, I'll do it myself later." He ran the dishwasher anyway and looked under it from the front using a flashlight. He then stated that the cause of the moisture was bad caulking around the sink that I had replaced a couple months earlier. My bill was $350. He was at my house for about an hour. The rest of the afternoon, I cut out some more damaged wall so I could replace it after Christmas. The next day when we ran the dishwasher, I saw from the back that the sump was streaming water onto the floor, the cause of all of the problems. These guys were very professional and I felt very comfortable having them do the work. I would hire them again for sure. The follow up calls were nice as was all of the communication before and during the repairs.

Quality professional work with a Warranty.

Great communication about delays in arriving and offering to reschedule. Both days they were late about about 2 hours due to prior jobs lasting longer than expected. They are very expensive. They wanted $175 just to remove the shower handle (stripped screw), which took maximum 10 minutes. They would not just remove the handle, but wanted to do an entire job - remove the handle and replace the cartridge telling us the internal mechanism can break when removing the handle. They quoted us $375 for the job without regard for the level of complexity. I could understand if they said $275 if everything goes smoothly and nothing breaks or $375 if something is stuck or broken and takes a long time to fix. Instead, it was $375 take it or leave it. So, in the end, we agreed and it took the tech max of 30 min to do the entire job. He got the handle off with pliers, popped off old cartridge, replaced it with a new one and was done. He did a good job, but I feel we really overpaid.

Very quick response to my request, showing up within 90 minutes of my first request. Quick, efficient and courteous service. A little pricey for a simple repair, but I may just be out-of-tune with going costs.

The plumber showed on time very polite. Quoted me over $650 for to fix a leaky toilet tank on 1st floor and install toilet on 2nd floor. I asked him some questions why price was so high and he stated thats what people pay around in Cinco Ranch. I fixed the leaky tank myself for $22.00 dollars and had the other toilet installed for $ 149.00 by another plumber. No Thank You,
