The Show Plumbing dispatcher was very good about rescheduling and keeping me up-dated about the time that the technicians were to arrive. The technicians were very personable, courteous, efficient, and informative. Additionally, they gave a discount and unstopped my bathtub without my even informing them that it was in need of being unstopped, and there was no additional charge.

They were very quick to respond and complete the work. However, they sell their own brand of water heaters, and I could not look up the models features online. The water heater they were replacing was around 12-13 years old. Considering the price they quoted, when they suggested a *similar* model, I assumed they were going to replace it with a low to mid-range model water heater with a piezo or electric starter, or an electronic thermostat since every single water heater on any hardware store has at least some of those features. The model they delivered had none of those features - it was as cheap as they could make it. They charged quite a bit more than others in the area. I filled out their feedback form after the job - no response. I submitted an inquiry using their online form - no response. They do not appear to respond to complaints, they just ignore them, hoping they will go away. Show Plumbing was friendly, but they cut corners on materials and do not respond to complaints. I would not recommend them.

Chase with Show Plumbing came out and replaced three, yes that's right, three Moen posit temp cartridges in our master bath tub as well as our two upstairs bathrooms. Great to now have full flowing hot water instead of just a trickle. He did great work and the price was good too plus a senior citizen discount. Will use them again.

The drain was unclogged but the cost was too high. $240, just so happened was the highest range of the home advisor estimate but the job was not tough. Just a slow bathtub.

Professional, friendly and kind

Called on a Friday mid day because of a leak near the water meter. They were here by 3:00 pm and performed the work in time for me to attend my granson’s birthday party. Chase was excellent. Explained the work, gave a quote upfront and explained the warranty. Couldn’t be more pleased.
