Excellent customer service. Everyone from the technician to the owner really answered all my questions and installed a high quality product. There is value in knowledge and experience and certainly Show Plumbing "shows" that. They were clean and efficient. They came on time, called to confirm, cleaned up before leaving. You couldn't ask for more!

Two plumbers came out. They did an excellent job of diagnostics, estimating a replacement, and working hard to get us same-day service. They were helpful in explanations and were professional @ all times.

They repaired an undermount sink that had fallen. It should be good and it has a lifetime warranty.

I cannot honestly say that our fire starter, (which we even provided the piece needed), did not get replaced efficiently and cleanly, it did. However, after a chance meeting of the owner the other morning, I saw his truck, got his card and asked if his company handled our issue, he said they do. We even learned we both live in CCL. We have had little need of a plumber use until now, but our house is getting older and issues will arise. I asked Jason the approximate cost, which he provided and he mentioned a possible $35 coupon, which you cannot print off, but must tell the technician about. When I scheduled the plumbing tech to come-yesterday, I heard the recording about not charging a $35 diagnosis fee, if they fix the problem. The plumbing tech came while my husband was at home, not me. I had mentioned to him needing to ask about the coupon. Sadly, he forgot. I called before 5 pm, left a message for their accounting person, about the dilemma and asked her to call me back. After waiting all morning, I finally had to called her back. She remembered my message, but gave no reason for not returning my call-even if to tell me she would not honor the coupon. Instead, she explained that it could not be honored because my husband forgot to tell the tech when he promptly paid. Many of you would say/think: So what, it is only $35, and because it says on the coupon to present at time of service, it is our fault! Yes, my husband forgot, do not we all from time to time. I am rating a ONE STAR because Angela was not particularly courteous, or professional, enough to even call me back and act nice. SHOW Plumbing is well rated by others, our part got replaced. The tech was quiet and professional. The owner was nice. We shall need a plumber again, as will my friends and neighbors. I also have been a small business owner. Sometimes, I believe, to promote your small business and good relations, you make allowances. After all, we diagnosed the issue, and provided the replacement part. All the tech really provided was the right size wrench and a half hour of man power. For $175/30 mins, for a wrench and muscle-advise your non-traditional 4 year, or more, college student to become a plumber instead! We will all need and value good tradespeople. I will be needing a new plumber

This was my first time to call on and use Show Plumbing. I was very impressed and pleased. Willie came to my house and showed a good understanding of what I needed done. I had four (actually five, but the fifth item turned out to be nothing) problems and all were fixed. What I liked best about Willie and Show Plumbing was that there was no sales pressure or insistence on additional work. Willie came to fix what I wanted and that was that! I really appreciated that and felt respected as a customer as a result. The work in this case was not emergency work, but I would feel confident in calling Show Plumbing as needed in the future for any work whether urgent or non-urgent. The price I was charged seemed reasonable as well. It was not "cheap" but definitely in the ballpark of what I was expecting. Janice at the office kept me updated on Willie's arrival time (he came a second day to install toilets) and in both cases it was well within the original windows.

I met with Jason at our scheduled time. He inspected my water heater and advised me of the various problems that my current water heater had. He explained my options and went over the type and brand of water heater that his company recommended. He spent the time to school me so that I felt good about my decision to go with his recommendation. The installers, Marty and Randy, arrived on time and started without haste. They took great care to cover my flooring so as not to damage it. They completed the install with in three hours leaving everything as they found it. I was impressed with the knowledge and courtesy that all the employees I had contact with showed me. I would definitely recommend them and would hire them again when needed.

They came fast on a Saturday and made every effort to get to my home and check on a potential gas leaking. At the end of the visit it wasn't anything bad, basically a false alarm related to the water heater, but I'm glad they came at the very same day for something that was potentially dangerous. I'm also happy with the post sales, they've reached out several times to check if everything was still fine or if I was having any other issues or still smelling gas. So far, based on this experience, I'd recommend them.

Honest people could have charged me a lot of money to look for a water leak but found the leak coming from next door pipe line. They could have charged me a lot of money as I would have told them to do it to find the leak. Honest, On Time, Helpful , Explained everything to me plus showed me how to winterize my pipes to provide freezing pipes the correct way

From the woman in the office to the repair man I only wish there was a 6 star rating! Wonderful Wonderful experience! I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone.
