Two hours late for the appointment and 4 Hours to do the job. Too replace 4 bathroom under sink valves. The People are great and helpful but work is a little pricey. But I am sure this is not the norm, weather played a part.

Jason, the owner, was extremely helpful and patient. As I have lung issues, he took extra care in planning the job so the least amount of people would need to come into the house. He did the inside work himself. Can t recommend them high enough.

Great plumbing company and I especially like the way they work. We had a serious clotted drain because of our dogs' hair had gotten into the system. First, they tried to clean out the drain which, however, didn't work, before calling in the jet which was more expensive whereby we didn't pay for the initial clean out but for the jet only. Furthermore, they showed up on the day when we called and the next following day in order to complete the job. Their prices are not cheap but competitive and when taking the time they spend at our house in order to fix the problem, their prices are more than reasonable.

I was charged $225 to install a wax ring (valued @$4) and due to incorrect verbiage between technician and my husband, coupon was not allowed to be applied. I feel like I was taken advantage of, will not be purchasing my water filtration from this company.
