Starting in the front office, Janice and Jessica were both extremely helpful, while being very positive and helpful. You feel like they really care The plumber Patrick came out on a Saturday,hoping the CityWalk shutoff the water as requested and submitted as an emergency City did not show,Patrick went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue . On Monday early, I called JaniceandJessica about setting an appointment. The City came Show Plumbing's, Patrick had already prepared the leak for what needed to be done. He had the job done in less than 45 minutes!! also put a valve shutoff on my line! They are my go to plumber forever now! And this referal was greatly appreciated Home Advisor!

Good folks to work with. Had a hot water heater issue. I was sente a profile of the service person, Jason. Very knowledgeble, experienced, and helpful. Overall great experience.

The price was very high. It was $575 for a PVC flange and 2 hours of labor. Technician was very courteous and appears to have done a good job. In hind site however I wish I had gotten s second bid just to ensure I wasn?t overpaying. It didn?t originally occur to me how much per hour I was paying for labor.

They called almost instantly after I submitted my request. Janice gave me the info I needed, and Willie and his apprentice did great work. Friendly and I got lots of tips from Willie. We purchased our own faucet and they installed it.

I originally hired them to replace a leaking shower head, but then came to find that something was leaking through the floor from my upstairs bathroom into the ceiling of my garage. They were able to add on the extra work and complete all the items and find the source of the upstairs leak. It was more than I had intended on spending for the work, but it is also much less than having to "renovate" my newly "2nd to 1st floor bathroom relocated kid bathroom" right before Thanksgiving week. They were quick to respond, very professional and upfront with the work that was going to be required. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing service in the Cypress area!
