It was a good experience. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. I didn't feel pressured to commit to the project. Patrick performed the work. He was friendly, knowledgeable and answered the questions I had during the initial visit plus returned multiple calls to answer questions prior to beginning the job. During the install he explained how the system worked and was patient with more questions and friendly banter. Janice is wonderful at customer service. She was fun to talk with, kept me informed and passed messages to Patrick.

Bruce and his assistant arrived on time, were professional and listened to my questions and answered in a way that I could understand. They completed the job within a timely manner despite having a challenge to overcome. Clean-up was done upon completion and I am pleased with their work. The office staff I had the opportunity to talk to were awesome as well. I will use them again if needed.

Technicians were knowledgeable and honest. One well-known company had told me that I needed a water heater replacement (which was not true) and would not flush the system. They only wanted me to purchase an overpriced unit. Show Plumbing verified that my system was fine and flushed it out. I appreciate the HONESTY most of all. I have already recommended Show Plumbing to my daughter, and I will use them for other plumbing projects that I have.
