They were pretty good. The only thing is that they are kind of high but he told me he wasn’t the lowest and he wasn’t the highest. They were alright. Everything was fine. They were quick. It was back in really fast.

Jason came to our house and gave us an estimate which we compared to several others. He spent a lot of time explaining what they would do and how they would do it. He impressed us as very professional and knowledgeable. The job was completed in the time they estimated and the cost was very reasonable. We plan to call them again with any plumbing repair that we need.

As I began to renovate a home I had bought as an investor the owner of the company came out to discuss my options & what would be the best solutions for me. He told me about new products that were available now that were more reliable and also, educated me in a way I could understand about anything to do with keeping up to codes, etc. I was a Texas Realtor for 20 years, so I have worked with many different plumbing companies over the years and plumbers. I don't usually write reviews, but when someone goes "above & beyond" the call of duty to give you excellent service, I believe that merits the time to let other people know. I also am a single woman & I felt completely comfortable with everyone that worked on my house. All the employees were professional, polite & have a level of expertise that is definitely refreshing. They took their time to answer any questions I might have & then got busy getting the job done. "Show Plumbing" Jason Ferro walked me through the process, explaining the safety concerns OSHA rules on trench protection for a dig of 10 to 15 feet. We met my neighbor got a release to access their property. He arranged for the pre-dig marking of lines (Texas 811) and began the work after meeting with the MUD representative. As the work progressed Jason took photos and when it became evident my home problem was caused by a breach in the MUD line he stopped work and waited the couple hours until the MUD representative could return to my property for evaluation and get manager approval to repair the district line sewer. Jason provided photo evidence that will allow me to claim reimbursement from the MUD. Show Plumbing did the work on time in accordance with the estimate. They safety performed the work (no one got hurt), they returned my property and my neighbor property to pre-dig condition. Jason did everything he said he would do - keeping me informed as he worked through the issues and resolved the sewer problem. Trustworthy! I would most definitely recommend "Show Plumbing"!
