Service was great. Chase ( plumbing technician) actually arrived sooner that scheduled. After a quick cleanout of my main sewer line from the cleanout connection to the main line, I requested a video inspection to verify what a previous inspection by another company 5 years previously had shown to be a severely damaged line with tree roots invading the line. Much to my surprise, this inspection showed no evidence of a damaged line and no tree roots were recovered from the rooter machine or shown by the visual inspection. This saved me thousands of dollars that I thought I would have to spend to replace the line due to actions of an unscrupulous plumbing company.

Janice was very friendly and helpful in scheduling the service and following up to make sure everything was satisfactory. Chase called 30 minutes before arrival and showed up on time. He was friendly and professional, and did a great job! Very pleased. I would recommend show plumbing, and would use them again in the future.

If you need a plumber, there is no reason to look any further -- hire Show Plumbing! Chase was an absolute delight to work with, as was everyone with whom I came into contact. I had previously contacted three other plumbers (before I got Show Plumbing's name), and none of them got back with them, as they promised they would. I contacted them on Saturday, they immediately called back, and were here on Monday when they said they would be. Chase and I reviewed what needed to be done, he provided an estimate and completed the work (which involved valve replacements in 3 locations and replacing the inside parts of 2 toilets) within about 2 hours. He was quick, pleasant, easy to have around, cleaned up after himself -- in all ways, a total professional. I will definitely continue to use them for my plumbing needs and will recommend them to everyone I can!

Chase was very nice and professional, the pea trap had amazingly cleared itself (with the addition of Green Gobbler the day before!) so all he did was to replace the pop up drain. Unfortunately it began to leakand I did not discover it until the next morning when I wnet to replace the items beneath the sink. Surely this was an anomaly. The owner was very understanding and nice and actually refunded my fee!

This was by far the best contractor experience of any sort I have ever had. The super service starts on the phone with Janice - friendly and professional and goes through the plumber Chase. Prompt, professional, quality work from start to finish. Blown away. And reasonable. This company is the whole package!

Janice in the front office was very respectful, lively and informative each time we spoke by phone. Jason helped us make an informed decision about our filtration needs and educated us on the process. He and his crew worked efficiently to complete all aspects of the job.

I called and got the schedule right away. They are busy so I waited a week. The person showed up and quote me a price. I was first thought is kind of high. But when I saw the result after finished. I knew "you get what you pay for". Definitely worth it!

We've had running issues the last 4 years with our tankless hot water heater and using home warranty plumbers proved to be a headache. We quit the home warranty program and got an estimate from Jason to replace the unit - he was very detailed in his explanation and in his written bid with options to fix or replace. We chose to replace the unit, he showed up on time and the work was excellent even to the point of wrapping the exposed water lines to insulate. His office is very good at communication on the scheduling.

They came and did an excellent job. Replaced the filter in the bathroom tub faucet. Had to go shopping for the part. Also replaced the kitchen faucet and that was not easy. They did everything they were supposed to. And cleaned up afterwords. I would hire again they were great.

I could not have been more pleased with Jason’s service and responsiveness. Jason is not only a master plumber, but a neighbor. He demonstrated extensive knowledge of the neighborhood and the latest standards utilized by the facet industry. I was intent on getting this issued fixed on the weekend for my wife. Yet Jason treated me like a neighbor. The fix was a very simple issue, which if I had gone to a larger service firm, I could have paid hundreds of dollars in unnecessary upsells and fees. Jason was knowledgeable and courteous, explaining the issue at hand and steps to prevent wear and excessive use. Because the fix was so simple, he charged us less than quoted (who does that???) and explained gracious others issues we need to fix with our best interest in mind (save money). I could not recommend Show Plumbing higher! Imagine you had a neighbor you trusted to give you the best advice to help you solve your plumbing issues... who would you call? I encourage you to call Show Plumbing. They are the absolute best!

Excellent communication between the office, client and technician. concerning parameters type of tract,name of technician which are all safety issued. The technicians were educational very confident, generous for the time spent with us. They also wear foot protectors. It was very satisfied call and i'll be using them again.

Professional throughout - great team and amazing service

I've used this company before this job and was pleased with them then as well. I love the professionalism but also appreciate the realism they provide. There was a several hour delay but we were kept informed and I appreciate the fact that he still showed up even though it was at the end of the day and completed the job rather than reschedule. That spoke volumes to us.

As it turns out my builder did not install the unit correctly which caused it to shut off, for safety reasons. They inspected and repaired all the issues. I needed some additional parts which they installed and waived the labor costs. Then they gave me a 10% discount as an Aggies list customer. Thanks Show Plumbing and Gig em.

Excellent. Guy showed up as promised, gave us a price that beat out 2 other competitors by hundreds of dollars. Within the hour the job was started and completely completed in less than 2! All is functioning properly and as promised. Will definitely be recommending to any and everyone!

I was very impressed with Show Plumbing. Rodney and John were on time, and they're both very professional and knowledgeable. Rodney took pictures of the problem and gave me a thorough explanation of what was wrong. I thought the price was reasonable (and the Angie's List coupon helps). I know exactly which company to call if I have any future plumbing problems.

All the replacements went well. Some gave him a problem but nothing he couldn't handle and fix.

Plumbing professional cleared grout from line. Had to access line and run auger from attic.
