Shine Window Cleaning & Property Care

Last year we were very pleased with how our Christmas lights looked, and we got many compliments from neighbors and friends. Hernan (Shine's owner) was quick to respond with the few little problems we had with lights burning out. The window cleaning was quickly and professionally done, as was all the pressure washing. They are now working on our Christmas lighting, which we expect to go as smoothly as last years.

Shine window cleaning and property care is an awesome company!!!! I am in a 2 month remodel/repair from Hurricane Ike finally and have had the headaches of dealing with all kinds of contractors and service people.... I got 3 quotes on the following work and this company was far more reasonable in price and did an above excellent job. They were punctual, professional and have already referred them to my other friends and one is already booking him for a job.. They powerwashed my drive (and it was bad in black mold and car oil stains) with there top of the line equipment in less than an hour....they power washed all my fence so it would match closer to my new fencing (super job) from storm repairs... They also power washed my windows and clean the insides too!! ( they even took off all my solar screens and washed them also and charged no extra! I will refer them to anyone and will definitely have them back when I need this work done again and other work too!

Hernan did a terrific job - the deck looks brand new. Not only did he power wash the deck, but he also did the pots my plants were in, as well as the driveway and sidewalk! One of my planter pots had a crack in it and broke, so Hernan found an empty one laying around and repotted the plant for me. He really went over and above. I have already recommended him to several friends and will DEFINITELY use him again. I highly recommend you call him - you'll be very pleased you did.

Hernan is great to work with. Honest, reliable, and good prices! You can really trust this guy. His men are also really hard workers and do a great job. One of his men got lost coming to pressure-wash my house and was about 2 hours late. When he eventually showed up,I was concerned whether he could finish everything on time. I talked to Hernan, the owner, on his cell. He came himself with another worker and finished everything and even did several things I needed, but did not ask for. He didn't even charge me for the extras. Shine is truly awesome. I can't say enough about them.
