Very professional and prompt service.

Horrible customer service, follow-up, and communication. I was told one price, and they charged something different to my card. Also mentioned how the ladies missed the master bathroom, which I noticed when I had to clean it myself. Never got a follow-up call or price adjustment. I was emailing, texting and calling, and they stopped responding. I will not be using them again in the future, nor recommending to anyone else. Very disappointed. I am fighting now to get my money back.

I didn’t have to wait a long period of time ! When I called I was put on schedule the next day …The best part is when they left home I felt like the home was brand new …. They cleaned places I didn’t know was suppose to be cleaned …

Sentinel does a great job cleaning my air bnb houses after guests depart. I can rely on them to make it there on time and do a great job! Even use them for my house every other week!
