Alex diagnosed the issue with my washer immediately, gave me a very reasonable quote, and repairs were completed in less than an hour. 3 weeks later they never ordered the part, this has to be the laziest office staff imaginable, very unprofessional. Check out their reviews on yelp they can't delete or modify that.

I understood when the tech needed to come back with the proper tools, however, a 9:00 appt was moved to 3:00 and was cancelled by the tech after I waited the majority of the day. Rescheduled for 9:00 the next morning. Tech finally showed between 11:30 and noon only after I called the office to complain. NO apology from Jesse the tech. He did an ok job.

Spoke with Harriet at 11 am and she couldn't be more pleasant she dispatched Felix to make the repair and he arrived on time and couldn't have been more professional he diagnosed the problem and repaired the problem and also cleaned all the lint from inside the dryer. Thanks to Harriet and Felix for making this a first class experience I will definitely rehire.

Quick, accurate and professional like the ad said. Jessie was on time, found the problem and quickly fixed it. I was so pleased to get it fixed within few hours of my request. I would definitely recommend SDASH and would confidently use them again.
