Description of Work: I had etching marks all over my marble countertop. They ground them down, polished and sealed marble.

+ -1 moreIt was a good experience. They did it all in one day. They put the bathtub back in place correctly and everything was just great. They were good. They did what they said they were going to do and they were on time. They came when they said that they were going to be here. We stayed out of their way and they did their work and were gone. Their price was the best one that we got and we did not have to buy any new marble parts or anything like that. They did not break anything and everything that they touch goes back in.
Description of Work: I hired Renew All Marble probably two weeks ago to raise an over sized bathtub with the jets on the side since a leak had developed in there and it rotted the wood support that was under it and they put it back in place again.

+ 2 moreThe owner did come to my house to give me a bid on remodel of my master bath. He was on time and very courteous. But he does not do painting and I had quite a bit of painting to be done. But at his suggestion, He could do the tile work and I could get another contractor in to do the painting. I agreed and he went ahead and took measurements and said he would give me a price. I never heard back from him and since he could not do the complete project, I decided not to pursue.
Description of Work: Only visit to look over and discuss what I wanted done and take measurements.

Description of Work: In having my Master Bath remodeled, the plumber removed the tub fixtures to install a new set. However, the faucet holes in the cultured marble needed to be enlarged. Since I have used this company before and were happy with their work, I called to set up an appointment. They came out the following day and did an excellent job.

+ 6 moreWe were very pleased with this contractor (Carl). We had used him previousy for a smaller job and were very impressed with him and his knowledge and attention to detail. At that time, I had been told that he was a little more expensive than other contractors, but that he was well worth it. Since we hadn't lived in the area for very long, we were very apprehensive about getting the wrong person for the job, but Carl was worth it and we were (and still are) very confident with his knowledge and skills. When we asked questions regarding some of the things we were doing ourselves, he was always helpful and had some great tips. Carl was on the job site every day along with his workers. If I had to run errands during the day, I felt completely safe leaving the house with them there. He was very meticulous about every aspect of the job and took time to discuss various options with us along the way. Our only hold up in the whole process was waiting for the Silestone countertops and tub surround to be fabricated, but that was due to increased demand at that time. We were very pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to contact Carl for another job. We actually had him come back a few months later to cut the Silestone that was left over from the tub surround to use for our powder room countertop and to install a vessel sink and faucet.
Description of Work: Master bath update: tiled shower with updated plumbing fixtures; new countertops and lavatories; new tub and surround; new tile on floor; texture and paint instead of wallpaper; new mirrors; new light fixtures and ceiling fan; new window. My husband and I took care of almost all of the demo except for the mirrors (which were too heavy for me), the concrete shower floor and removing the old tile floor. We also did some of the finshing work to save a little money: repainting the cabinets, installing the lights and ceiling fan, and installing the faucets. We worked for days taking off the old wallpaper, but discovered another layer underneath which was not coming off in places, so the contractor had to cover the walls with compound, texture and then paint. They did a great job on this. The contractor rebuilt the shower which included widening the opening, building a corner seat and replumbing for a new fixture w/body sprays. The shower was completely tiled and a new frameless glass door was installed. We had my husband's lavatory area raised and a new accessible tub surround constructed. The old mirrors, which had covered the entire walls over the counters, were cut into individual mirrors and glass framed. They installed the new tile floor, Silestone countertops/tub surround, bubblejet tub, new toilet and new window. We also needed new electrical lines run for the vanity lights since the old tube fluorescent lights terminated in only one spot.
