+ -1 moreThe list was complete. He had to order a couple parts which came in quickly and he finished the job. I have had other contractors working in my house before, sometimes they show up when they say they are and most time they come when they want. I always knew when Richard was going to be here and he was on time every day.
Description of Work: We had a large list of things that needed done around the house (high ceiling light replacement, painting, flag stone repair, garage door adjustment, etc... we put everything on there we were putting off for another day.) It only took Richard a minimum amount of time to complete the work which probably would have taken me 3 times as long and done about half as good. Oh ya, almost forgot about him fixing the outdoor gas grill that needed new burners and control knobs. I highly recommend Richard for any of your projects.

Description of Work: He installed stone tile in our kitchen back splash. He also removed a shelf from the kitchen ceiling and fixed the drywall. I also needed some work in the master bathroom. He removed an old cabinet and fixed and installed a mirror. He also put up some lighting in the master bathroom.
