+ -1 moreBadly. It was a regular basic house cleaning that cost me $200.00. One item that he told me was included was CLEANING all the baseboards in the house. It didn’t happen. They weren’t touched. It was still horribly obvious in the bathrooms. It took only three hours to “complete” a full deep cleaning, which shocked me. I called him about both issues —. the baseboards not done and the fact they were done with the ENTIRE house within 3 hours. He said it was the equivalent of 6 hours of work. (I don’t think so,?at all.) This was a REGULAR housecleaning quality job for $200.00. I’ll never use this service again.

+ -1 moreI bought a big deal for this service. It worked out okay. I think it could have been a little more thorough. It was supposed to be a thorough housecleaning. I don't think the tiles were as thorough as I would have liked, but overall it was okay.

Description of Work: Top to bottom absolutely most incredible cleaning job EVER!!! My husband is the worst critic! They were amazing, incredibly responsive, and highly detailed company we have used. Will use again and again! Would be perfect for move out job all the way to jump starting your ultra clean weekly cleaning upkeep! Can't say enough great things!!!

Description of Work: The appointment was set up on 7th July. The cleaners were supposed to arrive at 9am on July 15th, but did not show.
