I got quotes from 5 different companies who actually came to my house to give me a quote. I just talked to Wayne and knew he was the right person for the job. Great communication and price. Was on time and knew what he was doing.

Wayne was very knowledgeable and helpful. I liked that the person I talked to and asked questions of was the person who actually did the work! When he was done the whole instillation looked very professional and took up very minimal space. (Wife is really picky and was very happy with how it looked).

The preplumbing was already complete in the garage prior to speaking with Wayne. Wayne was prompt to return calls, arrived on time and detail was critical to him. During installation, he ensured his work was neat and the water softener was positioned in the best sense. We would highly recommend Primary Solutions.

He took a good time to explain the different products and options I had and when installing he had great attention to details. Wayne is responsible, if something is pending you don't need to call him back, he will remember.
