I hired New Patio Inc. to install Belgrad pavers and a drainage sytem in my back yard. The results were perfect! My patio is beautiful, and my backyard no longer has standing water, after a heavy rain. Owner Jessie, and his crew of longtime employees, take pride in their workmanship, and left my property cleaner than it was when they arrived. The form and fit of the pavers was exceptional. And the fair pricing made it a great value! Beautiful!

I had a mud pit in my back yard. No good natural drainage. We built a covered porch and had New Patio install a permeable driveway. It is not only beautiful but also super functional. A few weeks after we installed it, we had a great texas rain. It worked perfectly. Standing water was all over the neighborhood, but not in my driveway. If you are looking to install a truly permeable driveway, you need to make sure it is done right. New patio will do it right. Super fast, super clean, super nice, and super professional.

Working with you Hou-Stone and Mr. Jesenius was a pleasure. From the very start he was clear in his communication and kept me informed at every step as to what the schedule would be. He and his crew worked in less than ideal weather conditions and finished the project on a reasonable schedule and for the price he had quoted. The quality of the work was excellent and I am extremely happy with the experience of working with him. His quotation was very clear and easy to understand and he is extremely professional in the way he runs his business. Two other firms that I had requested quotes from never responded and so I don't know if the price I paid was more or less than the going rate. I can say, that I do feel the price I paid was fair and I would be happy to hire him again to do another job

Jesse was easy to contact and we made an appointment for him to give me an estimate. New construction and my address isn't on any map yet, but he found me and arrived at the house on time. Went over with him what I wanted done, and he listened to my thoughts and suggested a couple of changes. He sent me an estimate in a couple of days and it was quite acceptable. He easily accomodated my schedule. His crew and him showed up on time and immediately started working. The patio exceeded my expectations and had no issues. He is professional, knows his business and kept the job site neat and clean. Overall he did a very commendable job. I intend to use him again when I expand on my patio in a couple of months.

His price is phenomenal. He worked out the cheapest of all prices we got. His boys are a very good staff. They came out twice to put in more pavers. The work is great. I've got no bad things to say about them.

Impressive. We wanted a brick or paver driveway, walk, and patio. Jesse underbid the competition, then proceeded to stun us with the quality of his workmanship. They produced exactly what I envisioned from a sketch I did, Jesse was solicitous of input at every decision point, and took an artist's pride in the finished job. He even re-did part of the concreted brick driveway when it was off-design, and turned down my offer to pay him for the extra work. A real pro in all respects. My only reservation is that the work is new, so I can't speak to durability. But based on the effort in the installation, I doubt there will be a problem, or if there is, it will get fixed without questions.

I am exceptionally happy with the quality and price of the work performed in our yard! The price included removing existing flag stone from around our pool and excavation. They moved sprinkler heads when needed. The workers are well trained and did a beautiful job. My yard was left tidy each day. Anyone who's seen the work has commented on how good it looks. Nothing was a hassle or to hard. It really seemed like everything was included...no hidden fees along the way. I have had a lot of contractors in and around our house over the last year, and this is the first time I feel I can write about a positive experience from start to finish. I would use them again and I will recommended them to all my friends. Thank you Hou-stone!

From the very beginning we knew we would enjoy working with Jesse and his crew. He came out to give us an estimate and arrived on time with samples of different pavers we could use, and a portfolio full of examples of his work. We weren't too sure how we could built the patio we wanted and still provide some shade. He had made several good suggestions and priced his quote accordingly. In the end we decided to attach the patio cover into the roof of the garage. He built the extension on and make it look like it was part of it all along. He even matched the shingles to the ones on the garage. He and his crew showed up every day on time and put in a full, hard day's work. We always felt like we were their number one priority. They came with all the supplies they needed so there was no running out to the hardware store or lumber yard that tends to take up half a day. The entire project from start to finish was less than 2 weeks. He coordinated the plumber and the electrician so we had no worries. When they finished up they made sure and cleaned up after themselves. They hauled away all of their trash, and even some left over material we'd had from another project we wanted to get rid of. We were all ready for a party right away. The quality of the work is better than anything I could have imagined. Jesse's attention to detail and professional finish on everything was amazing. No small detail escaped his attention. He replaced a gate in our fence that now opens with my fingertips instead of the old gate I had to struggle with. He put in corner braces so we won't have to worry about it warping or getting out of alignment. Stone work may be his expertise, but his design style and carptentry skills are excellent too. I would not hesitate to use him again for another project, in fact we are already planning on doing some stone work in our front yard and we will certainly call Jesse and Hou-Stone.
