We were very very impressed. They replaced the air conditioning unit. They were well under what everyone else had estimated the job to be. They were punctual, they got it done and it's all been working fine so I was very impressed with them. He charged me $900 for the unit and everything. Every other estimate I had was like $1500 so it was quite a bit less.They were wonderful. Price was excellent.They did a great job. He was very responsive. He came out the next day and had it all appraised and everything. He was very professional. He's one of those cards I kept on my speed dial because he can get my business

Amazing. I have a new AC Guy - Its Walter from Mr. Cool !!!! Walter and his team showed up at my house on July 4th !!! and did not charge extra. They worked feverishly to get the install done quickly and efficiently. Unit was American Standard (Made by Trane) and the price was AMAZING !!!!

I'm very happy with the way everything went. Wayne was our technician. He was very professional, made sure we knew everything that was going on, including keeping us up to speed on arrival time. He quickly discovered that our problem was a breaker, not on the unit. He still checked over the entire system, including the attic (and he took off his boots when he came in the house). He went over what needed to be done and recommended some extras for long-term care. He was not pushy but very easy to work with. I will definitely be calling them again with any future issues. A little side note for clients: Don't forget to give your technician some cold water. It's hot outside!

Mr Cool Air once again evaluated my 16yr old HVAC system to determine if the system was ready for Houston's summer of 2016. This was the second time I choose Mr Cool Air and he was *very thorough both times. They checked the outside unit and the HVAC attic system including, the AC coil and blower fan. He also topped off the outside unit with R-22 Freon, as the system is old and was 1lb low. As a homeowner, I was overjoyed. They also cleaned the outside unit of debris and accumulated dirt to ensure good performance. The owner of Mr Cool Air is an honest man who does good work, and teaches he staff to do the same. Finding an HVAC company with a *professional staff is not easy in a big city. Based on my experience, Mr Cool Air is one of a few professionals working the HVAC trade in Houston and as noted, he is honest and forthright to boot. His his values are demonstrated by his work on HVAC systems operated by his customers and by the way in which he runs his business. Recommended 100% by this consumer.

It went great. I wanrted to know the condition of my HVAC system and if it neded to be replaced. Walter did the inspectin, including AMP readings and determined that it did not need to be replaced, just cleaned really well. Have gave me a quote to clean everything and to repalce everything if I decided to do that. I had him come back out and clean it all very well. He did a great job and I would use him again.

Walter checked everything inside and outside. He checked the working order of my A/C and Heater. He checked safety features for my heater besides making sure it was in good working order,and then checked for CO2 inside after heater ran awhile. Walter checked that I had enough freon and all electrical components outside. When he saw how dirty my unit outside was he recommended to get it cleaned for 175.00. He was able to clean it that day. Boy did he clean it, it was worth the $175.00. He thoroughly hosed down the outside of the unit with water and a spray on cleaning compound, he even got inside and cleaned out all the leaves and gunk inside the center of the unit. No one ever did that before when they cleaned the unit. I was very impressed with Walter and loved how thorough he was. he definitely knew what he was doing. I will definitely call him back.

Mr. Cool was good and followed up but I did not use his service because faulty unit was covered by a old warranty and another service company.

The system had many issues with the dampers and I already had one opinion, but wanted a second. He was very quick to respond to my phone call and even arrived early to the house. He spent a large amount of time at the house to properly diagnose. I am calling him when I close to fix the issues that he gave me an estimate on.

Great work! First of all, he was honest. He didn't need to double check and disclose that I was being sold a bill of goods. Then he quickly and professionally fixed my unit. I'm very happy and will be calling him again when I need AC service.

Walter called a couple of times during the week after my initial contact to very schedule for Wednesday. He showed up and went through the house and looked at the system from end-to-end. He worked on the tune up of the 3 systems for about an hour. Walter found a couple of issues and communicated those issues to us before doing any work. We were very impressed with his professionalism and customer service and have now signed a one year contract.

July 17, 2015 I returned home to find my whole house AC was not cooling.I spoke to Mr. Cool Air one evening after consulting with and paying for a service call by another company. Mr.Cool Air, who was working in my area, agreed to come to my house the next morning. That next moring, Mr. Cool Air called and came by about 9.00 AM. He asked me some questions about the AC and I told him what I knew. He took off the access door, checked some electrical connections, and hooked up his equipment gauges. He informed my that the AC had little or no Freon in it and that obviously I had leak (or worse). My AC unit is guite old in AC years. It was on the house when I purchased it eight years ago. I told him what the previous service company had said about the AC, and that the company wanted to replace my AC sytem; outside and in the attic. Bottom line, he removed and replaced the leaking dryer. Check the unit for obvious leaks, check the equipment in the attic. He charged the system with Freon for which Mr. Cool Air company charges $60 per pound; a deal compared to the previous serrvice company that charged $89 per pound and only wanted to replace my entire system with a new one. During the service call with Mr. Cool Air, the technician was pleasant, courteous, and took some ownership of my problem and looked for ways to solve it. I believe this man is genuinely honest; a rare trait these days. It has been one week; the AC has been running on/off 24 hours a day, and I have experienced no problems. I would recommend Mr. Cool Air withoug hesitation or caveat. * Of Note: I had a Very difficult time finding Mr. Cool Air by searching Angies LIst. Five separate searches produced no results. I had to reach Mr. Cool Air's listing on Angies List by going to "My Messages" section to find a record of a call to me from Mr. Cool Air.

Walter responded within minutes after purchasing service on Angie's list, and showed up on time for the appointment. The system hadn't been serviced in about 8 years, and he was able to do a quick inspection and seemed very reasonable about the maintenance items that needed to be done, and completed the work at a reasonable price. Will absolutely use Mr Cool in the future for any HVAC needs.

A little complicated to get service scheduled as provider was from North Houston. However, he was in constant contact with me and kept me informed of when he would be able to make it. It worked out great.

Fast response, no up-selling of services and quick repair with full upfront disclosure of cost.
