It went very well. Paul was a bit late but he called to let me know. He did the work in a professional manner and replaced the valve. He said the other part did not need to be replaced but I asked him to go ahead and replace it also so I would not have to worry about it. We would not hesitate to use his services again.

The price was good. I have got them on my refrigerator.

I called McCary's the next morning and he came out that afternoon to assess the issue. He found that the horizontal piece of the pipe actually had a nail through the top of it from when they installed the shower 10+ years ago! Long story short, he came back the next day and within 60-90 minutes had the new piece of pipe in place. Fast, efficient and reasonably priced. The work was spot on, I absolutely recommend them!

We call Sunday to schedule, they came out Monday and installed it within 1.5-2 hours. Drained the old one (explained to us that you're suppose to drain your heater every 6 months to prevent silt build up, which seemed to be what killed ours). Also disposed of our old heater for us.

Thanks for the great work. The guy showed up on time, did the work and pointed out some potential future issues. Usually, I would immediately say "No Thanks, " but there wasn't a hard sell just mentioned it as a matter of fact. I paid $175 to replace a faucet set which was about 150-200 cheaper than the competitors. I also paid an additional $225 to replaced two shut off valves, and we added a union or T connector so that I can have an additional shut off for the dishwasher line.

Setting up an appointment with MCary's Plumbing was quick and easy. Jeremiah was the plumber who came out and performed the services. He arrived on time, was polite, and very efficient. He ran a cable through the sink line clearing all of the buildup in the line. He also provided me with tips on how to maintain the sink lines to keep them from clogging up again.

Paul and his associate arrived promptly and walked the areas needing attention with me and got to work immediately. in a couple of hours, they accomplished a tremendous amount of problem relief for me. I am impressed that they were able to accomplish so much, so fast with no mess (I mean zip, zero not a spec or drop). I have upcoming tasks as well and will not hesitate a millisecond to ask Paul to come and do his magic again. if there is a hall of fame for plumbers, Paul belongs in the front row! Wow! I was told someone would come after 3pm. He was here at 3:20, cleared the line & was gone in less than an hour! So happy with McCary's! He even told me what to do if it happens again. You don't find that everywhere!

Excellent. Above and beyond. We paid for the repair of a major leak in the kids bathroom and got a little pointer in how to Un funk the master bathroom tub, gratis. That's free bro. I will be calling again as I am preparing to do some remodeling and I am not good with liquid filled pipes inside my house.

My schedule and the lack of parts caused a lot of delay, but he always responded promptly.

Problem wasn't with the toilet. I determined the problem on my own. Turns out the problem was with the drain line not having been installed correctly. It didn't have a vent so I had to keep the drain cap open to allow positive And negative pressure into the line.

Very prompt in scheduling and replying. He had a cancellation and was able to move up my appointment. He was prompt and very professional and personable. He got right to work checking to make sure my diagnosis was correct. He gave me an estimate to complete and went to work replacing the sink drain. He's no nonsense, direct and works very efficiently and quickly. He checked everything to make sure no more leaks. He even offered to put everything back in the cabinet that I took out so he could could get to the plumbing! 90 day warranty on work. I'll call him back when I have more plumbing work.

Everything went perfect. Paul was very nice and did a great job and gave me a great price (much better than some other contractor I talked to). They made one mistake, that unfortunately I should relay. In figuring out which outdoor plumbing boxes corresponded to my house, the assistant inadvertently turned off, and left turned off my neighbor's line. My neighbor refixed it no problem.

When he arrived he was very professional and upbeat. He got straight to work and had everything working quickly. He also made sure to test the garbage disposal and make sure it was in proper working order. I highly recommend these services.

Best plumber I've ever used! Paul is the actual person that comes out to give you a quote and do the work and he does a fantastic job in a professional manner and at a price that was half of his competitors. He was very kind and helpful on the phone and was happy to come take a look at some issues that were noted on the inspection report of a property I recently purchased. He and his apprentice were not only prompt but were even able to come earlier than we initially scheduled and called to see if I was available. The quote he gave me was less than half of another quote I had received and he ended up doing a few extra things not on the quote and didn't charge me for them. His professionalism and work are superior. As an investment property owner it's good to have certain professionals that are your "go-to guys" and I am so happy to have found Paul McCary as my go-to plumbing professional! Will be using him in the future for sure!

Paul arrived at the arranged time and proceeded to do the work I asked. He did a great job and was mindful of not making a mess while working.

They evaluated the situation and different ways of approaching the problem of replacing the manifold. They never tried to talk down or make it sound overly complicated. After we decided on a plan, they jumped in and knocked it out. The job included opening the back wall more, cutting out and replacing portions of the piping, putting everything together and testing it to make certain none of the joints leaked and that the shower worked perfectly. Even though it was the end of the day, they stayed until almost 8:30 making sure they got the job done right. They had a positive attitude, professional appearance (no plumber's crack jokes to tell on them) and as I mentioned before, they listened...and when they responded to questions, it wasn't a distracted response, they stopped and took the time to give a complete answer rather than a short answer to get the customer out of the way. Not only would I recommend them to you, but I am looking forward to having them back if/when I have additional work.
