Communication is the key and it is something that John is excellent at! Once the HOA approved the plans John gave us a tentative schedule. (weather dependent) The first stage dig went according to plans, then the rain came, John was great he called us straight away and gave us a revised schedule. Whenever we had a question he would shoot a response back the same day or first thing the following day. What we really liked the most was the fact that whenever his guys were here to complete part of the project so was John. He talked them through the job and set his expectations. As with most pool projects we changed our minds along the way, more decking, John was great, he amended the plans. In addition to the pool he also arranged to extend the fence, service our existing sprinkler system and reroute the one in the back yard and landscape the yard on completion. All these services were very reasonable and done to the highest of standards and inspected by John. We were both a little nervous to start with as it was such a big project but John made it look and feel easy. I would recommend John's services without any reservations . Pool school was great!
