Description of Work: Will not be MY PLUMBER ever again. After talking to the owner about the problem, someone else came out (his son?). Came out to investigate a possible leak in the water main on our property. Gave us guidance that their was a leak and to call the water district. Said he couldn't do anything to help but insisted on a trip charge. Felt like I had good information and paid. The water district came out and said the area that "Your Plumber" said was leaking was actually a drainage track (not even a pipe). You'd think a plumber would know that. caveat emptor

Description of Work: They replaced and reconfigured the pipes under our kitchen sink, removed a clog, capped a pipe that hadn't been don't properly in the past. Very happy with the work. This is the second time we've used them and will continue to use them for future plumbing work.

Description of Work: Installed hot water heater. The job included taking out solar panels and old water heater. The job was done quickly and well. Everything that needed to be hauled off was hauled off. The cleanup was done well.

+ -1 moreWe have been putting off this major job, but leaks reappeared. We had gotten 4 bids on this job and then was referred to Luis Torres owner of Your Plumber. Came out gave us his bid very professional, very friendly. We thought there was a mistake but his bid was considerable less than everyone else. We gave the ok and his crew came in took out all the old pipe and replaced everything that was old, including the outside bibs. In 4 days they had it all done .Luis's crew came in and worked all day, was very clean ,picked up behind themselves and kept us informed on the process along the way. This was the best experience we had with a Plumbing company ever! Would recommend Your Plumber to all my family and friends.
Description of Work: We replaced all our plumbing in our home with Pex line.

+ -1 moreExcellent experience. One of the shower fawcett's had begun to leak and since there was no access panel, we were concerned about getting to it without having to go through the tile. Do not recall how we came across "Your Plumber", but it was touted as a family run business based in our area (N.W. Harris Cty). Called several places but these guys got on it immediately, were out the next day. Gave me a quote which sounded good and they had it fixed in maybe an hour. Explained to us what was wrong and what they were doing right down to the plumbers tape around the threads. Even advised that as they were trying to loosen the main unit, the plastic housing broke because after ten years it was probably just worn out. In any event, they replaced the entire fawcett housing with a new one (that works much better) within the original quote. I was very pleased with the work and the professionalism and will call them next time without hesitation.
