They built a lot of homes in our neighborhood and they built our home. We are very pleased with it. We had a small problem shortly after we moved in with the water system, but they were great and sent someone right out to fix it for us. They then had to re-level our yard and we were very pleased with there punctuality in this matter. The home we bought was a single story, three-bedroom home. We were given a deadline of about 5 months and they were done in 4. The house was very nicely done and we received the one-year warranty. We are very pleased with the service they provided and we know we have a year s warranty if we need it.

We were looking for a new home so we looked at about 8 pre-arranged homes from K B Homes and we found one we liked. We then ordered it and they said about 5 months to have it completed. It was done on time. We were pleased with the company services, but we did encounter a little problem when it came to choosing the upgrades, but they straightened it out right away. The house was built as we asked and we were pleased with the finished product. The home came with a 1-year warranty, so if we have a problem we will call them to fix it. The house is great and we are pleased with the company who built it as well.

We bought a new home and the one we chose was built from a plan. There was no model home for it, so this did pose a problem here and there. K B Homes built the home and we picked out everything we wanted. There were some glitches here and there, but we just contacted them and they were right there to fix it. The house is very nice and I am pleased with the service the company provided. However, we might want to chose from a model next time.

The design & purchase process went very well, as did the financing & closing. However, since we've moved in, there's been nothing but problems. The motor in the central air conditioning unit broke & had to be replaced. The hot water heater had to be repaired twice. The cabinets were put on the wall crooked & had to be redone. The smoke alarms, which are all connected together, go off in the middle of the night for no reason.

I think they have an excellent quality of work for the price that I paid. They got done in the exact amount of time they said they would. They were very professional and polite when they came out to build the house. They made the house look more amazing than I expected and I highly recommend them to others I know. I would definitely hire them again to build another home for me. The house is about a year old now and I have not had one problem with it so far.
