Water had been leaking from somewhere and soaking the carpet in the master bedroom near a wall between the bedroom and a bathroom. Joe determined that some of the caulk in shower had come off and the leak was occurring there. Joe re-caulked the shower where needed and used an access plate in another bathroom (that shared a wall with the first bathroom) to look under the tub/shower to be sure that was the only leak. (It was) The problem was solved successfully and quickly.

He is very personal, professional, honest, and did a very good job. Overall, I am grading him an A, and will use him in the future.

We contacted Joe the Plumber to conduct the following services (see above) because of what the dismissed contractor chose not to honor in our signed contract with him. This company, Joe the Plumber, has an excellent worth ethic in its employee base. From the office staff to the field service platform where we met, Rick, on Good Friday, no less. Rick is very intelligent, thorough, efficient and a problem solver. Rick made two visits to our property; the first time to thoroughly understand what the dismissed contractor chose not to meet in the constraints of the contract (as evidenced by the lack of tied-in water drainage from the commercial ice maker and the damage caused by the contractor and his subcontractors when workers used the architecture of the plumbing to push/pull themselves around....nothing was repaired at all by this contractor); and, the second time, to actually go into the crawl space and go under the 1500 square feet area of the pier & beam house. Rick brought an apprentice, Jose. Rick and Jose worked so well together, fixed the issues so quickly and solved all the problems left (and, in one case, caused by) in the wake of the former contractor. Joe the Plumber is a very professional, very efficient company. I've worked with a lot of plumbers in my time. This company is, by far, the best plumbing company I've had the privilege to have in a home. This is a great company. We highly recommend Joe the Plumber.

I think it went fairly well--only time will tell. I thought the plumber was very professional, he showed up when he said he would to do the work. He exlpained everything very well also. I did not choose the tile installer that they recommended (they recommended only one) and indeed almost 2 weeks later, I still cannot use my shower as I am seeking a more reasonably priced and available tile installer who can do that part. The only thing that the plumber did not do is come drain the test water. He thought the tile installer would do that when he came to install the tile, but I did not choose that guy. I looked it up myself and saw how to release the water, and called the plumber to make sure that my information was correct before I did that and messed something up. He apologized that the tile installer he sent did not do that, and said he would come the next day and would call first. He did not come or call soin the end, I bailed the water out with a cup and soaked the rest up with towels.

Great experience. Great service. A little pricy but worth it. I had a clogged sink (Saturday of course), and called at 9:25 AM. Repairs were completed by 10:10 AM. Amazing quick for a Saturday.

Service was Absol utely Prompt at the time requested. Very professional and resourceful. Repair was completed in a more difficult manner without doing any damage to an adjacent wall that was very important to us. Requested discount was given without question. Lifetime warranty was included. I have already recommended them to another person and he reported excellent service also.

The night before the last ice storm, we discovered we need a new water heater so we emailed Joe the Plumber through their website. Early the next morning J.Mancillas called, came by, assessed our needs (two new water heaters), explained our options and gave us information about pricing.He then left to pick up the water heaters and a helper and was back in a timely manner and completed the job. The work was excellent and the price reasonable. We will be calling them for all our plumbing needs and asking for J. Mancillas.

The plumber showed up on time and used his equipment from teh outside of the house. It took him about 30-40 minutes to completed the job

The Sunday before Thanksgiving my kitchen faucet went from being an occasional dripper to a non-stop dripper. It was an eight year old builder grade faucet. I also had concerns about a noisy pipe in the attic. I called Joe the Plumber Monday morning and Jose and Luis came out very promptly that morning. They were both polite, tidy and professional. They both checked the attic for the noisy pipe--the hot water in the master bathroom makes a tick tick tick tick sound--but which made no noise while they were here. They explained it was not leaking, but that pipes make noise sometimes because of expansion or air in the pipe. Props to them for not inventing something to repair. I also asked for a quote on replacing the toilet flushing bits inside the toilet tanks. I was given a good price, but since the faucet was a surprise early Christmas gift, I decided to wait on the toilets. The faucet installation turned out to be a one man job, so only Luis stayed on the job. I was shown 3 faucets to pick from. I was happy with the choices, but am sure they would have gotten me a different one had I wanted it. I was given prices for each, plus price of installation No pressure. The hose connectors under my sink were plastic, so my plumber Luis replaced them with metal ones. Luis untangled and re-ordered the many hoses under my sink...dishwasher, water filter, refrigerator water, hot and cold lines. That was an unexpected bonus! I got a lot of extra room under my sink! Luis did an excellent job of cleaning up. I got a lifetime warranty on the work. I wasn't wild about the name of the business, it reminded me of an odd political event--but called them because they had 2 "A" ratings on Angie's List. They have 3 "A" ratings now, as I gladly gave them straight A's.

The guys who responded were right on time, very courteous and got the job done quickly. They had to remove old equipment and made recommendations as to how I could handle the hole left where the equipment used to be. I have also called them back to do additional work on a house I am preparing to sell. They explain what they need do in an easy to understand manner and stick to the estimates they provide. I have found them to be great to work with and very helpful. I would recommend them without reservation.

They did a very good job. We did have a minor problem with one of the toilets running after they left. I called them to come back out but I think there was a communication gap. I did not hear back so I called them back again. As soon as they found out no one had come out they were extremely apologetic and were our within an hour.
