Have been with infinity water for a few years now. They have taken care of my water systems in two of my houses and the service is as great as the quality products they offer. James is a fantastic technician and very professional in every aspect. Extreme attention to detail and he is very informative as to what is needed and how the system is functioning. They came out quickly but scratched my granite counter while installing. The scratch is about 2 inches. After 2 days of calling they said they would come out to repair but they have not come back or called.
