Joe the owner of the Infinity water came and did the presentation and for the money was the the best system we had seen. The system does not use electricity and the installation was quick and easy. The crew was very neat and cleaned up after the job was done. The Reverse Osmosis maker the drinking water great, we also got a triple filter behind the refrigerator and that make a different in the taste. I would highly recommend Joe's company to install a system

Great system and fast installation. The installers even worked in the rain. Very thorough in their explanation of both the water softener and reverse osmosis system.

We like this company due to one soft water product that does NOT require electricity to run...just water pressure. It appears to be a very efficient system. So far, we are very pleased. We also had a Reverse Osmosis system installed at the same time. All in all, the cost to purchase and install both systems was comparable to other brand names out there.

The sales rep, Jerry, was very knowledgeable about the Kinetico equipment. He responded quickly and completely to various follow-up questions. One very important point was that he was considerate of our time --- he was sitting outside the house at least 10 minutes before the appointment time. We appreciate that! The installation went smoothly. The work was done professionally and in the time frame that was promised. The workmanship is very good. We've noticed a much improved water taste and softness from the Kinetico system as compared to the old RainSoft equipment.

All these water treatment systems are way over priced, in my opinion. These companies have a racket going with homeowners.

They were very prompt and very nice. Explained what they were needed to get done and answered all our questions. Very nice and did a great job.
