Elshan was very helpful on the repair of our microwave and timely with appointments and the repair. Cost was extremely high, (about $100 more than anyone else) so I could have bought a new microwave for the total repair cost.

I ve used this company twice for two different appliances. Both experiences were great. Fixed on first visit, each time. Arrives on time. Repairs quickly, cleans everything and makes sure he replaces the appliance to the exact spot it was. Explains what was wrong and how it was repaired.

Very nice man, did the job quickly. For no parts being replaced, the price was just a little high. But overall very satisfied.

Charged 225 to **repair** LG washing machine. I repeatedly warned him that something was not correct in that the agitator bolt only engaged 1 thread and had stripped. Claimed he got it to seat well. Machine ran two loads and busted again. Was to come out today before noon to review. No show.

Great service and very thurow. Checked the complete dryer, repaired and cleaned it for a very affordable price.

The repair wasn't as simple as it at first appeared. He had to come back out twice because it wasn't fixed the first time, but did so on a Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon without complaint. He was so accommodating, spending hours tracing the problem and ultimately fixing it at no additional charge. Exceptional customer service.

He knows his work very well

We had our service call during this pandemic time. He made me feel very comfortable with his presence in our home and his service was well worth the cost. He fixed our dryer and it sounds almost as good as it did when it was brand new. I told him he was a genius. I would call him again

The guy was good and knew what he was doing. Took apart my washer to replace the pump. I know the cost of part is roughly $50, but I certainly paid a premium to get the fix done (over $300). In the end though my washer (front-loader) is working, and I suspect it'll keep working for years to come, which means I don't have to buy a whole brand new one.

Responded quickly to repair my premier refrigerator / freezer. Spent all afternoon troubleshooting the problem, keeping me constantly informed and updated. Replaced the necessary part, charged it up, and back in full operation this evening. Very personable and friendly and professional service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend to anyone needing appliance repair from refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, dishwasher, etc

He was able to resolve the issue. It seems kind of pricey for labor only, there was no parts replacement needed and he did not quote me up front.
