I highly recommend Houston pro Appliance repair to anyone looking for a company who still values Honesty, integrity and good ol, fashioned customer service . It's obvious they are extremely knowledgeable and are experts in their field I bought a used refrigerator (paid 700$) online and The refrigerators caught fire among a dozen other things that were wrong with them. Houston Pro Appliance Repair was on the time , very professional, and fear priced. They have earned a custom for life!

My Fridgedaire refrigerator quit cooling and this company responded immediately and checked out the problem. They determined that I needed to replace a controller module on the circuit board and that the manufacturer did not supply the part anymore. I am mad at the manufacturer but appreciated Houston Pro Home Repairâ s honesty and thoroughness. He tried to find a warranted part but was not successful. Going to purchase a new refrigerator.

He had to come out 3 times. The fist time he tried to fix the machine. It poured water all over the floor. He wanted to more money to come back and fix it. After he fixed it , it was still inoperable. His faulty work has caused damaged to my walls and trim.

Very professional, quick and to the point. I feel he was honest, He answered our questions in a way we understood. He waited for us to make up our minds without being pushie. I will call him again If need arises.

Just to change the evaporator and defrost the freezer it was too much money. I had to pay him $300.00. He also left water all over the floor. Also, the appointment was at 10.00 am he was there at 11.00.

My dishwasher was spewing water all over the floor. I thought for sure it was going to be very expensive in parts and the labor. Turns out I only needed a deep cleaning to unclog everything. I have found my appliance repair guy!

Elshan is excellent at what he does and takes pride in his work. He's always prompt and dependable, always has the parts he needs to do the job, always communicates comprehensively , and always delivers fantastic work. What I like most about Elshan is that he doesn't lie or bend the truth about what's wrong with my appliances to try and get more money out of me. He's very honest in this way and I always appreciate it.

Our refrigerator was not cooling so I posted a job on HomeAdvisor to have it fixed. Elshan responded to me immediately after my job was posted and came out the next day. He defrosted the freezer which was causing the issue with the fridge, but while he was out he inspected our fridge and informed us that our cooling fan was not working. This had caused some overheating that damaged our control board, which was causing our freezer defrost function to not work properly. The fan was in stock so he was able to replace quickly, but the control board unfortunately is not manufactured anymore since we have a very old whirlpool. I feel like most repair companies would have given up at this point and told us to buy a new fridge, but Elshan obtained the circuit board pieces he needed and re-soldered them to our control board. His fix worked and our fridge is back to running normal again. Really appreciate the extra effort he showed towards saving our old fridge.
