Elshan arrived, after hours, personally (Company owner) within 1.5 hours of my call. Helped me save hundreds of dollars worth of â Covid meatâ in my garage freezer. Had the parts required in his van. In all my years of having professionals come to my house and work, I have NEVER left a review. I feel compelled. This was by far the most offensive, unprofessional service (if you would call it service) we have ever had. Being an electrician I asked for him to do a diagnostics test, which I had already done. I wanted to see if he was going to be a straight shooter. I was extremely disappointed. Not only did he diagnose the washing machine problem wrong, but also took apart the latching relay so it could not be used, and then quoted 250 dollars? Are you kidding me? He charged 64-67 dollars to come out and try to take advantage of the situation. After I kindly told him no and asked for the money back for the diagnostics he did not do -he said yes then did not refund. I fixed the washing machine myself. The part I had already known cost 25 dollars. I was just trying to support local businesses in the time of COVID. Apparently that does not go both ways. This guy (I mean one guy -not a company ) is a manipulative person. Every service tech including myself knows - you never leave a house with a device or service in worse shape than you arrived. I will post the photos of the destroyed relay he left. Congrats appliance Pro on taking advantage of COVID in your own way. I am so disappointed you should be ashamed. Service: Repair washer/dryer.

Great explanation of the problems and courteous knowledgeable prompt

After coming out to my house and simply hitting the reset button on the ice maker, the technician said to wait 1 day for ice to drop. He would come back out again if the problem was not fixed. 6 days later, we still have no ice and the technician is not returning my messages. Now, I do not want this technician to come out again.

Very responsive, fixed my issue easily, and without expensive replacement parts. I will use him again.

My refrigerator needed its ice tray repaired. The person showed promptly and exchanged the parts. After he left and it made new ice I found I could not get it to operate properly. I called him to return and he did, again promptly. At no additional charge to me he found the problem and corrected it.

Elshan called within minutes of my posting on Home Advisor. He said he was available the next day. He arrived on time (actually early!) and was most knowledgable and efficient, as well as personable. He did not object to my peering over his shoulder to watch him. The technology in modern appliances is amazing. Oh, and the washing machine is working just fine. I have no hesitancy in offering Elshan my highest rating.

I am absolutely SOLD!!!! El and his team were exceptional at delivering the GREATEST customer service ever--very caring, understanding and knowledgeable! I have never, ever had someone answer a service call and come out the same day....actually... El offered to come over that evening, after working hours. I was thrilled because my washing machine needed attention and I was facing loads of wash staring back at me. El came over, diagnosed the problem, ordered a part and was back the next evening; repair completed. It's not always one can get excited over a service call. However, the dedication exhibited was beyond reproach and I will certainly be calling El back for another appliance that needs attention. I am a very, very satisfied and grateful customer.
