layers. Stay away. I called, diagnosis is $70, repair man comes to my house and is here less than thirty minutes, and states I owe 160. 70 for diagnosis, fee goes to repairs if chosen. He fixes my washer with no equipment required and states an axel was out of the spindle. He got a $100 and I told him to go away. The worst. Deceitful.

He came twice to fix my dishwasher and its still not fixed. Hundreds of dollars and its still not working properly. I should have just replaced it. He wasted 6 hours on Saturday looking for a part as if there was only one plumbing store in Houston! I can not afford time or money to call again.

Hired through [Home Advisor] to repair microwave oven. Initially said there would be no charge to come out and diagnose the problem. Charged $150 for ~30 minutes work! Charged an additional $195 for part that is universally available for ~$40 retail!
