 + -1 moreI have used Horizon 3 times now and they have always done a good job. They were prompt in returning my phone call and showed up when they said they would. My outdoor kitchen bar sink stopped working (no water) plus it was old and I wanted to replace it. I bought a replacement at Lowes and Horizon installed it and fixed the water issue, identified a leak and fixed that as well and made sure the new sink was working properly. While they were there, they also fixed a leak in my pressure washer by replacing one of the O rings which they did not have to do but happily looked at it and fixed within a few minutes. They were at my house a total of one hour and charged $250. I would definitely use them again!
Description of Work: replaced an outdoor kitchen bar sink and fixed leak in the pipe.

 + -1 moreThey came and cleaned it all out within 45 minutes. They charged me quite a bit of money. I was happy with their work, but not the price. They did a great job.

Description of Work: These plumbers installed the whole plumbing system in our new house. They have done all of the follow up completions also. I use them for our rental properties also.

 + -1 moreNoticed water dripping from inside garage ceiling. Called Horizon and they were out within 1 hour. They traced the leak back to my upstairs bathroom toilet and said that the inside base of the toilet was leaking. They removed toilet, replaced inside base, raised and re-sealed and replaced floater and flap inside tank. The leak stopped and they finished repairs within 90 minutes. Very professional and courteous. With me not having any idea what the problem could have been, a less scrupulous contractor could have charged me much more and said the problem was much more complex. I was very pleased with the overall workmanship and price.

Description of Work: After repeated water leaks in the attic, Horizon was asked to submit a bid on replacing all galvanized piping with new,more serviceable system. David from Horizon gave me a bid and I contracted him to do the job. He said it would take 2 days to complete. He showed up with his crew early on July 2 and did the complete job in about 8 hours,including installation of a new hot water tank,which was included in the original estimate. All old piping was cut up and removed from the attic as was the old water heater. System was tested,small leaks repaired and job completed. The whole job was performed in a most professional manner,the crew was the most efficient I have seen in many years. David and John were on top of the job from beginning to end and were most willing to tell me what was going on.
