Sam is incredible. He worked hard and was extremely detailed. He feels like a very competent inspector from the top to the end and a talks to you like a friend. Very genuine. Also he responded to the job request immediately when past midnight in his time zone responding to multiple scheduling items so I could get the inspection on time. He provided the report same day with as much detail as I have seen and he offered a genuine offer to answer questions in the future and with him I could tell he likes people and he likes solving problems and helping. Highly recommend!

Athough my townhome inspection was not required by my VA lender it was a personal preference for my own peace of mind. Hestand was prompt, professional, and most importantly clear & concise in his explanations. I was allowed to do an informal walk through at the end of the inspection as he pointed out issues in order of priority. I received my official report within hours of our tour even though I had no urgency. It was a respectful and considerate process. As a single minority woman (and a public servant) he really put my mind at ease about such a major purchase. And I truly appreciate!

I had him inspect a new build, and you would think there wouldnâ t be much to find but boy did he find stuff! Iâ m grateful for him doing my inspection! Sam is an expert who pays close attention to details and industry standards. We appreciated he's percise eye when he inspected our new build before close. Although the builder had already completed their inspection, he was able to provide additional and very important findings for us to have them address before we close.
