Sam made this process so easy!! He gave a detailed description of what he does, was surprised about his willingness to take the time out of his day to explain it to me. Other places I called tried to get me off the phone as quick as possible. But Sam, Did a great job very detailed report made it easy to follow as a buyer I can trust Sam did the best job possible. My realtor even added him to her list. In which, I hope it brings him lots of business in the future because I was amazed by his service. Thank you Sam!!!
