Sam was very professional

Sam from Hestand was very professional and explained everything to me down to a Tee. Made this process very easy. Found him on Sunday night and had my appointment set up Monday morning. I definitely recommend him for any inspection needs you may have.

His report was very thorough and he gave explanations on what was put in the report with regards to minor and major concerns. He also found out the owner knew the water sprinkler had some issues. He started on time and kept in touch of his progress. Very personable with great communication skills.

Sam is Professional and very thorough with his work. He can see the smallest things the eyes can see. Our builder was empress by Samâ s work when I handed over the report. The Builder told me that our â Home Inspection guy is vey detailed and thorough with his work he can see all the defects up to the smallest thing.â I am highly recommended Sam Hestand Home Inspections and definitely hire Sam again for our next home inspection.
