They are absolutely top-notch. Everything they did was just perfect. They could not have been better. We had a couple of other people come out and give us estimates. Just from their lack of professionalism on their estimates I would not have picked them. This company's quality of installation and carpeting was just 100 times better. The workers I came in contact with were great. The quality of their installation was just superb. There is not a flaw in it anywhere. The carpet itself was better to start with so they were really good. The people in the office are excellent.

I have never shopped carpet before. Carl did a great job explaining the different grades of carpet and choices in pads. He listened to my needs and how we live to suggest options. It was a great experience and I could not be more happy with the choices I made. I was also very happy with the installers. I had all the little stuff picked up and they came in and moved the big pieces out and back in.

Mrs Chris Lisowski, from their Cypress office, handled all my administrative questions expertly and very efficiently. Mr Larry Reamy inspected the damage and recommended the replacement, taking the time to explain all the steps to come and answering all my technical questions. He also assisted me in selecting the replacement wood floors and tile at the Woodlands office. They both handled all the paperwork direclty with my insurance company, Allstate, which was extremely helpful. The crew supervisor, Klint, was extremely professional, and very good at communicating when the work was going to be performed and what I could expect. I work in the are and he was very accommodating at informing me when they were on their way so I could stop by the house and let them in and discuss the work with them without missing too much work time. All his crew members were very professional, and open to answer my questions about how and why some things were done this way. The wood floors I selected have a significant variation (natural hickory, light and dark veins and knots) and they were laid expertly and very esthetically pleasing as well, which I am sure was not easy. The tiling crew was just as professional, they took a little longer to get started, but the tiling job as very small so it was understandable that had to be scheduled as it was. I strongly recommend Flaherty Flooring America and specially this crew that serviced my house.

Everything went fine. I had a small issue and they sent a tech over right away. I am very please with the service.

Flaherty's did an excellent job with our recent home renovation. They installed wood-look ceramic tile throughout our first floor and 12x24 traditional ceramic tile in 3 bathrooms. The results were beautiful. The job was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. They worked with us around other renovations happening at the same time. The owner, Patrick, also suggested a decorative carpet solution for our stairs which turned out lovely. Our salesman, Carl Fox was extremely helpful every step of the way. Rebecca in scheduling was very helpful and kept us informed throughout. The lead installer, Ruben did a beautiful job. When an unexpected cost arose and we needed to make a materials change, they worked with us to ensure our satisfaction. Flaherty's also recommended a painter, Ricardo Dionicio, whom we hired to paint our kitchen cabinets and several rooms as well. We couldn't be happier with both of them!

The job was scheduled for a Thursday and Friday. They called on Tuesday to see if they could come on Wednesday and Thursday instead, which was fine with me. After finishing up on Thursday, I was disappointed that they had not installed the edge grout as I had been quoted, nor did they reinstall the faucet or handle. I also found that they had put a plastic tarp on the grass just outside the front door and the grass was completely yellow. They returned a few days later and completed the job to my satisfaction. And the grass bounced back and was fine within a week. I would use Flaherty Flooring again.

Dave and Brenda at Flaherty's did an excellent job of helping us select the right product for our home and sending the best crew to install the tile and carpet. The quality of work was the best I have seen in 15 years while living in this home. We are real happy with the result. Nice Job.

Terrific people to work with. We had 2 water events in a 24 hour period & had a very short window to make any repairs due to a family event. The staff at Flaherty's Floor America worked with us wonderfully. Scarlet worked with us to get just the right floor for our needs. The owner, Patrick, came out to the house, saw the furniture, the house, the family, & the dog & gave us suggestions. He also knew we had concerns with wood flooring since we have a diabetic & are concerned with feet on a hard surface & not carpet. Patrick suggested floating the floor instead of glueing it down. I have lived on wood floors all my life & the difference the floating makes is amazing! I was thrilled when the flooring went in & absolutely love the characteristics of the flooring that we chose. We had been looking to get bamboo & Flaherty's doesn't even carry bamboo in the shop because it's not as great quality & you can have major issues down the road. Now, I just catch myself staring at the floors at times! The only "problem" was that they were 1/2 day late in finishing & I was worried it was going to affect my painters who were beginning on the following Monday. Everyone worked well together & they finished up by 1:00 that Monday & even came back when I noticed a little crack in one of the shoe molds not long after they left. The guys that worked on the house were super friendly & did a phenomenal job!

We removed old carpet from three rooms and replaced it with engineered wood floors, plus re-carpeted the upstairs and added some custom carpet to the stairs. Everyone at the Flaherty's shop out of The Woodlands was great to work with and VERY helpful. Going into the process we were not sure about pricing and if they would be competitive with other places we had looked, and were very pleased to discover they were right in line with the competition, and came at or below other vendors. The entire process was performed without a hitch. We were remodeling the staircase, which required coordinating install dates for the wood floors and the carpet. We were able to get all of the scheduling needed and the crews were very professional and helpful. They helped with material selection and walked us through the various options we had, making us comfortable with the selections we had made. The results are amazing and we are very pleased with the experience. Remodeling or reworking inside the house is never simple, but the disruptions to our routine were minimal. They were able to perform the work in less time than anticipated, and cleaned up everything when they were done. Our compliments to the install crews and the office personnel for excellent work.

From start to finish, The Woodlands store made carpet buying and installation a pleasant experience. I had been dreading the process, but after reading reviews on Angie's List, my husband and I went to the store where Brenda helped us find a great carpet, on sale, and she was really wonderful work with. We then scheduled a carpet measure, where great care was taken to place seams so they showed the least given the light, efficient use of the carpet, etc. I was very impressed. We bought the carpet in advance of the installation, as I wanted to take advantage of the sale, but wanted to wait until the last minute before our home went on the market to install it. This definitely takes a leap of faith, but no worries! Rebecca, the very nice scheduler, called to confirm our install date and it was installed exactly as planned. Finally, the installers were kind, professional, and helpful. Other than strip the bedding, I did not have to do anything but confirm that the furniture was put back in place as I'd had it beforehand. We had a baby grand piano, dining table, king-sized 4-poster bed, and large highboy for them to move. They were careful, fast, and I did not need to worry at all. The process of returning the furniture to its proper place was made easier because the intelligent installers had somehow marked in advance where the large pieces went. We got a great price for wonderful carpet, installed by kind, experienced installers (there was just one small carpet piece leftover, which they gave us). We dealt with very kind, professional people every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about the entire process. Of course, I would whole-heartedly recommend Flaherty's to anyone wanting new carpet. Thank you to the whole team!

We have a wood floor in our kitchen. Who ever thought that was a good idea? We had some water damage and I asked Patrick to come out and look at it. He did and recommended that we do nothing at all since the repairs would be more obvious than the damage. We had already decided to replace the wood with tile at a later date. I told my son about it and he called them and asked them to come replace the tile in his master bath. They did a wonderful job and he is very pleased. We are looking forward to having them re-do our kitchen.
