These guys were on time, worked hard all day, and finished a 2-day job in 1 day! They knew exactly what they were doing and did a fine job. They are the ultimate professionals and very nice, too.

The slate guy "was an artist" and it looked amazing. He was very easy to work with and make fabulous suggestions. Two other people from the flooring did the carpet, and the whole thing was monitored and done with strict businesslike attention.

Good sales experience. The saleswoman was very helpful and not pushy. They have a nice showroom with lots of different brands and types of flooring. The installers did a good job, but they did put a few minor nicks in our wall paint when they were handling the rolls of carpet. They had to work-around all of the rain we had this summer, there were unavoidable delays, but it all worked out fine. It probably wasn't the cheapest place I could've bought carpet from, but we got exactly what we needed without hassle or delay.

Patrick, the owner, was very helpful and professional. As was the entire crew that did the work. They showed up on time and did a great job. They even worked without air conditioning, explaining that it's better to install carpet in the heat. They said that when carpet becomes cool, it tends to stretch so after it's been installed, you experience sagging and bunching if the carpet is too cool. Nice tip! The carpet looks great. However, I am currently unsure if the carpet I selected is the "exact" carpet installed. Patrick had an independent consultant come out, take a sample of my carpet, and they are testing the fiber content for free. If it is not the carpet I ordered, he assured me they will refund or replace it at no additional cost.

The job went very well. Patrick, the owner, came to my house for an estimate. His sales staff is professional. They were very helpful in all the selections. They started with the tile in the bathrooms first. I picked the same tile in both baths and a powder room. Roel (rhymes with Noel) came to do the tile and he did an excellent job in 2 days instead of the 4 that was quoted. He cleaned up all the old tile and we've been very pleased. Next phase was the hardwood flooring. Kevin, Lucas and Chindo came on a Monday (I was quoted that it would be a 5 day job, they were finished in 3) and took out all the carpet. They hauled it away. They floated the floor that day too. So the 2nd day started with gluing down the hardwood. Wednesday was to finish the rooms and do the toe molding. The flooring is just beautiful and we feel like we have a new house! The next day the carpet was down on our stairs with the bullnose feature and what a difference new pad and carpeting make!

All of my interactions with Carpet Masters, both sales and service, were excellent. The price was competitive with other bids, the salesperson was very helpful in selecting the tile, and the installation was high quality, on time, beautiful work.

The flooring installers did an excellent job putting in all the different types of flooring, arriving on time every day they worked here. There was very little talking, and the mess was cleaned up. The problem has to do with money. They charged us for things that were not part of the original quote. There are also ten large boxes of tile left, that they would not take back. There was an over estimate in the amount of tile needed to do the job, and we were charged for their mistake.

Carpet Masters of Texas did a flawless job on my ceramic tile. The employees had all the right tools to do the job and they were very knowledgeable. The tile is straight and the grout looks perfect. I was impressed on how they cleaned up all of their mess and made sure that I was happy with the tile.

Carpet Masters Of Texas was incompetent on the first installation of my flooring. I did have a problem with the flooring buckling so they had to come back and they found out there was moisture underneath the flooring. They did a second installation at no cost to me in which I did have to miss work due to their mistake. I do not want to go through this experience again.

Carpet Masters Of Texas had a wonderful selection of carpeting and we were able to find exactly what we wanted. They are wonderful folks to work with. The installation went fine and it was done in a timely fashion. The carpet looks great. They did state that if it needs stretching in the future to give them a call. The pricing was very reasonable and they have excellent customer service.

They did a very good job. They are very flexible and professional. They used good grout and everything looks neat and clean. They took all the old tile and carpet with them and made sure everything was clean. The carpet looked beautiful. I've used this company several times. I would recommend them to anyone.

All five rooms were very dirty, with a focus on the entranceway to the main room, where the entrance of the house leads. Carpet Masters got out all the ground in dirt in this area after going over it twice. The furniture was moved to the hallway that has linoleum covering, during cleaning. The job took two and a half hours and both men were very polite.

Carpet Masters is one of my favorite carpet cleaning companies. They do great work and the carpet always looks new when they finish. They were on time, professional, polite and courteous. I couldn't ask for a better job and I will continue to use Carpet Masters and will recommend them to other people.

They were on time and very professional about the quality of work done. They made the house look that much more amazingly beautiful. I highly recommend them to everyone who asks. I was very satisfied with the work done and believe it was well worth the price paid. It was done two days quicker than planned and they made sure it matched the pattern style that we already had.

The job Carpet Masters did was fantastic. My wife and I are very happy with it. The entire project took a little over three days and they tried to gives us some room to get around during this time period. All the workmen were polite and only used the downstairs bathroom. The cost was a little extreme, but it was competitive with other flooring companies. I think we made right decision.

THERE WAS A SLIGHT DELAY ON THE PART OF THE CARPET SUPPLIER THAT CAUSED SOME ANXIETY AS WE WERE ON A TIGHT TIMELINE. BUT THE TIMELINE WAS ONLY DELAYED A DAY OR TWO AND THE CARPET LOOKS BETTER THAN I HAD HOPED.

THEY WORKERS WERE VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. I REALLY LIKE MY NEW CARPET.
